Goods and Service Tax (GST)

Prices quoted include GST.

Deposits

A deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required within fourteen (14) days to secure the booking. Full payment of booking is required, if booking is within four (4) weeks of arrival.

Balance

The final payment for the booking is due four (4) weeks before arrival.
Failure to send balance by the due date can result in cancellation of bookings without notice.
Dishonoured cheques incur a fee of $30.

Amendments

Amendments to confirmed reservations will incur a minimum fee of $30 plus any fees imposed by the accommodation house or service operator for reservations amended after the deposit has been paid. Amendments made after the balance due date are treated as a cancellation and are subject to cancellation fees.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be notified in writing. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Deposits will be refunded less a cancellation fee of $70 if more than four (4) weeks notice is given. If less than four (4) weeks notice given all monies paid are forfeited.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for cancellations after the holiday package has commenced.

Other Conditions

It is the clients responsibility to check all documentation carefully.

Responsibility

Neither the company nor anyone on its behalf shall be liable for any death, loss, injury, accident, damage to personal property (including baggage) or delay, illness strike, machinery failure, acts of God, improper documentation or any other causes beyond its control.

They reserve the right to alter or amend accommodation and/or dates according to circumstances beyond their control. Prices, services, and conditions are based on the situation at the time of printing but can be subject to change without notice due to unforseen circumstances.

Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to guard against cancellation fees and lost deposits, the loss of personal belongings, accidental death and personal liability.
